BlackBull Markets strives to process all client withdrawal requests in under 24 hours for our client's convenience and peace of mind. It is important to us that our clients have access to their funds as quickly and as reliably as possible.
To withdraw funds from your account, you need to login to your BlackBull Account through the Client Portal. In the Client Portal you will find multiple withdrawal methods, these methods are detailed and explained below if you need more information or clarity. BlackBull Markets does not charge for sending wire payments, however transfer fees are applied by our remitting bank(s) or Payment System Provider (PSP). Withdrawals are processed within two business days of receipt that will be sent to you once you complete and submit the withdrawal of funds form. Forms submitted with missing information are subject to delay.
How to withdraw by Wire Transfer?
Existing account holders must simply log in to their Client Portal area and select 'Withdraw Funds'/'Wire Transfer. Upon clicking, a secure withdrawal form will open where existing account holders can enter their Wire Transfer details. Please note that Wire Transfers takes 3-5 days for the funds to arrive in your account.
Some things to consider:
- Minimum withdrawal amount through Wire Transfer is US$100.00
- If you are using Credit Card, Skrill or Neteller, you can only withdraw up to the amount you have deposited. Any further profits must be sent via bank wire
- Withdrawal Fees:
- Withdrawing via Bank Wire US$20.00
- Withdrawing via PSP US$5.00
- Minimum withdrawal amount through Credit Card US$10.00
To withdraw your money from your account using A Payment Service Provider (PSP):
Simply submit a withdrawal request in our client portal, and once it has been approved (within 24 hours) the withdrawal amount requested will be deposited into your account.
To withdraw by Credit Card:
Trading account holders must be logged in to the BlackBull Client Portal be able to withdraw. Be informed that withdrawals by credit cards can only be processed to the exact same card used to deposit at BlackBull Markets.
BlackBull Markets accepts withdrawals from trading accounts by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). However, your credit card needs to be linked to a PSP (eg. Skrill or Neteller).
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn is the amount of your initial deposit. Profits or amounts in excess of the deposit amount can only be processed by Wire Transfer. Please note that Credit Card Withdrawals take 3-5 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.
