BlackBull Markets strives to process all client withdrawal requests in under 24 hours for our client's convenience and peace of mind. It is important to us that our clients have access to their funds as quickly and as reliably as possible.
To withdraw funds from your account, you need to login to your BlackBull Account through the Secure Client Portal. In the Secure Client Area, under ‘My Wallet”, click the ‘Withdraw Funds’ button to begin submitting a withdrawal request.
The withdrawal fees and rules are explained below for each withdrawal method.

BlackBull Markets does not charge for sending payments. However, transfer fees are applied by our remitting bank(s) or Payment System Provider which are shown in the table below:

If you have funded your account via Credit Card, you must first withdraw your funds via the exact same Card up to the amount deposited. If you have used more than one Card, these must be withdrawn in a First-In-First-Out manner. Credit Card funds will be withdrawn prior to other methods.
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn via Credit Card is the total amount deposited with the same Card. Profits or amounts in excess of the deposit amount can only be processed by Bank Transfer or via a Payment Service Provider previously used for deposit (excluding Credit Card).
Once your Credit Card Withdrawal has been approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.
If you have funded your account via a Payment Service Provider such as Neteller or Skrill, you must withdraw your funds via the exact same Payment Service Provider.
If you have initially funded your account via Bank Transfer or you are withdrawing profits (amounts in excess of the deposit amount), you can withdraw your funds via Bank Transfer or via a Payment Service Provider previously used for deposit (excluding Credit Card).
Once your Bank Transfer withdrawal has been approved and processed by our finance team, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to arrive in your account.
