What are we looking:

BlackBull Markets is looking for a highly capable Salesforce System Developer with at least 5 years of experience to manage our CRM infrastructure and integrations.

We have a highly complex system, with thousands of data points connecting to multiple systems and updating in real-time. In this role, you will be overseeing and maintaining the system stability, managing all aspects of data flow and storage, maintaining user account settings, and assisting the sales team and the operations team with system improvements.

What you would be working on:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems.

  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

  • Managing automated sales department leads, contacts, and other data flows.

  • Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.

  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

  • Managing bugs and system errors with regular system health reports.

  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and notifications for sales and other departments.

  • Ensuring complex customer workflows into Salesforce specific outputs.

  • Mapping functional needs to Salesforce functionalities.

  • Creation of technical approaches and plans to encompass all needed procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts.

  • Basic knowhow of C# and JavaScript.

  • Data management, modelling.

  • Visualforce and Apex fundamentals.

  • Lightning framework.

  • Developer console.

  • Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language.

  • jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.

  • 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.

  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
