One-Click trading is a simple one-step technique that allows you to complete trades with a single click.

This feature was added to streamline the trading process and minimize order execution time; making it ideal for more experienced traders who place a premium on speed.

How to Activate One-click trading on MT5

One-Click trading is by default activated when you open your MetaTrader 5 platform.

However, in cases where you don't have one-click trading activated, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the tools menu and click on the options
2. From the options window, click the “Trade” tab.
3. Tick the “one-click trading” option and click ok
4. Read and agree with the terms and conditions and click ok.

Alternatively, it is possible to activate the one-click trading option by pressing “ALT + T”. or by right-clicking on the chart and selecting “one-click trading” from the options presented.

How to Use One-click trading on MT5

Once activated, the one-click trading panel is visible on the chart.

It consists of 2 buttons; the sell and buy button, which correspond to the current bid and ask prices.

The buttons will flash different colours according to the direction the price is taking. Red flashes indicate that the price is dropping, and blue flashes indicate a price is climbing. Grey signifies that no change in price has occurred in the last 15 seconds.

The drop-down box in the middle can be used to set the lot size.

To open a trade using the once click the trading panel, simply set your lot size and then click on the desired trade type; Either buy or sell.
