Graphic Designer

BlackBullMarkets is looking for a passionate multimedia designer with 3+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, front end web development, or a similar area.

The Multimedia Designer is the creative mind behind all of our brand’s advertisements, client-facing communications, and content. The ideal candidate will be able to draw from their wide-ranging experience across text, audio, animation, photography, and video, to create compelling and impactful design content.

What you would be working on:

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, optimizing, and improving upon the look and feel of all our marketing collateral across multiple mediums including our social media channels, banners and other advertisements, our portfolio of websites, landing pages, emails, our client portal, and internal communications.

Some other responsibilities include:

  • Developing a brand guide

  • Website and graphic design

  • Creating banners, document templates, advertisements

  • Wire framing and mock-ups for website and forms

This is an exciting new role within a fast-growing global team that will be customized to the skill set of the selected candidate. You will have a strong voice in determining the future direction of branding and future hires for this area of the business.

Required Skills:

  1. Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite products (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects).

  2. Proficiency or functional fluence with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

  3. Experience developing HTML5 dynamic and animated banners, ideally for direct code integration into Google Ads or similar platforms.

  4. Experience creating custom artwork using digital platforms.

  5. Experience developing and managing a sizeable portfolio of design templates.

  6. Experience with end-to-end design projects, developing a brief into a purpose ready campaign.

  7. Knowledge or ability to source requirements for industry best practices on mainstream social media, email, and website design standards.

  8. Expert knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design and optimization for a software-as-a-service business.

  9. Experience with corporate branding design and/or management.

  10. Experience designing print collateral including business cards, flyers, and promotional products.

Preferred Skills:

  1. A keen interest in artistic or design-related personal development.

  2. A passion for developing and using the latest cutting-edge design trends and innovations.

  3. A demonstrated ability to understand client needs or demands, and using behavioural design, develop enjoyable customer experiences and brand engagements that drive conversions.

  4. A talent for communicating ideas, issues and solutions in a team environment.

  5. An understanding of versioning control, git, and front-end web development.

  6. Experience using WordPress and Pardot.

  7. Photo and video production and editing experience.
