How do you upload documents in the Secure Client Area?

After stating your Personal details, Trading Preferences, and Employment details, during your application, you will now have to upload some documents for us to validate your identity. 

What we require is a photographic ID document and a Supporting document.  

Click on ‘Photo Id Document’ to get started. We only require one form of identification. So, you can select ‘Driving license’, ‘passport’, ‘ID card’. 

Please note, your attachments should be in colour, clearly visible, and front and back attached as separate files. So, after entering the front of your ID, click Photo ID again, and type your ID, and attach the back. 

Now click ‘Supporting Document’ and choose the type of document you want to upload from Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Utility bill, or government card. 

Note. If you used a government card for your ID, you cannot use it for your supporting document.  

Your Name, address and all other details should be clearly visible and should be dated within the last 3 months (90 days). 

After uploading these documents your application will be automatically submitted and you can start funding your account.
