How do you add funds into your account?

To add funds into your account, visit the ‘My Wallet’ tab found on the left-hand side of the portal. 

You will need to have at least one wallet associated with your account to make a deposit. Additionally, the wallet should be denominated in the currency in which you will make the deposit to avoid conversion fees. Multiple wallets are allowed so that you can make deposits in a variety of different currencies.  

Once you have a wallet in the currency in which you would like to deposit, you can either click ‘ADD FUNDS’ on the wallet card or find the ‘ADD FUNDS’ tab along the top of this portal page.  

Within the add funds tab, you will be presented with a 4-step process to deposit funds. 

Step #1. Select the wallet into which you would like to deposit funds by clicking ‘SELECT’ on the appropriate wallet, then click ‘NEXT’ at the bottom of the page.’. Please note: Each deposit is restricted to one wallet.

Step #2. Select your funding method by clicking ‘SELECT’ on the appropriate method, then click ‘NEXT’ at the bottom of the page.

Step #3. Select the amount you would like to deposit.

Step #4. Review your deposit details including the currency conversion if appropriate. Then click ‘CONFIRM’ to be taken to the gateway for the deposit method you selected. Please follow the instructions that are presented according to the method that you selected.
